Can I use sipnik as a QR ordering system for my beach club or hotel?
Yes. QR orders from sunbeds and tables, waiter tablet confirmation, kitchen tickets and bills in one flow.
Do QR orders go straight to the kitchen?
They reach the waiter tablet first; after the waiter confirms, they move to the bill and the kitchen. Wrong sunbeds and prank orders never reach the kitchen.
Can each sunbed have its own bill?
Yes. Each sunbed and table has its own bill; moving, merging and split payment at the till.
Can customers spend their balance at all my branches?
Yes. A balance topped up at one branch can be spent at every branch of your brand. You can also set up separate wallets per franchise or city.
Do I have to replace my current POS software?
No. If you already have till software, it connects over the API; QR wallet payments and loyalty work on that till too.
