For businesses that deliver or take online orders · Per branch · No extra fee
How present are you in each neighbourhood?
Customers, orders and revenue side by side for every neighbourhood your branch delivers to. See how much of each neighbourhood's population you reach; colours compare against your branch's own average, so you're measured against yourself, not a competitor.
How many people here could be your customers?
Population alone is misleading: not every neighbourhood responds to your price level the same way. Sipnik matches each neighbourhood's income profile to your brand's price level to arrive at a realistic potential. The reached rate tells you how much of it is already yours.
Potential for Çamlık
The result is shown as a range by confidence (for example 2,000–2,900), not a single number. The panel spells out every step and the sources used.
Socioeconomic mix from A to E
So the letters mean something, the panel also shows each class's monthly household income range, education and occupation. Official income data isn't published at neighbourhood level, so the profile is a Sipnik AI estimate with its sources listed.
Your customers are there. You aren't yet.
Nearby neighbourhoods where customers have saved an address in your app but your branch doesn't deliver are listed separately. Those with customers who already order from this branch come first, so you know where to start when you widen your delivery area.
Where should your next branch go?
Sipnik scans the areas you don't serve and works out the potential a new branch's delivery area would cover. It suggests the three strongest areas on the map, without overlapping each other or your current branches.

Common questions
How are potential customers calculated?
From the neighbourhood's population: adults, online ordering habits for your type of business, and the share of income groups that fit your brand's price level. The result is an estimate, shown as a range by confidence and with every step of the calculation.
Where does the income profile come from?
Turkey doesn't publish official income data at neighbourhood level. Sipnik AI estimates the A–E socioeconomic mix from housing and public sources; the sources are listed in the profile window.
Is every neighbourhood's income profile ready?
Profiles are prepared neighbourhood by neighbourhood. Where a profile isn't ready yet, you see only your real data instead of a potential estimate: customers, orders, revenue and share of population.
Which businesses is it for?
Businesses that deliver or take online orders and define their delivery areas by neighbourhood: restaurants, cafés, bakeries, grocers.
Is there an extra fee?
No. Neighbourhood Insights is part of the panel for Sipnik brands.
