Club questions
Is the club card a bank card?
No. It is a closed-loop prepaid card: it works only at the club and cannot be used anywhere else. sipnik is not a bank.
Where are tickets sold?
Online, in the app, at kiosks or the box office. At the entrance, a QR code, card or NFC phone is scanned at the turnstile.
