Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are per branch, monthly and exclude VAT.
How do the plans differ?
POS and cash register, tables and QR menu, delivery platforms, wallet, loyalty, campaigns and reports are in every plan. Vega adds sipnik Sahada (waiter, courier, field sales), kitchen display, stock and recipes, phone orders, customer accounts, reservations, Store, privileges, Prizma and Sosyal. Sirius adds Engage, HR, neighbourhood insights, the multi-branch panel and 1 kiosk. Kiosk, Engage and extra Sahada users are also available as add-ons.
How do I cancel?
You pay monthly and can cancel any month; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for.
What if I pay yearly?
With yearly billing you pay for 10 months and use it for 12.
What if my Engage quota runs out?
A WhatsApp conversation is all messages with one customer within 24 hours; minutes are call time through the switchboard. If you use up the monthly quota you can buy extra credits; it renews every month.
Will the price change?
On yearly billing your price is locked for 12 months. Monthly prices may be updated; every change is announced 30 days in advance.
Do cash register (ÖKC) and delivery platform links cost extra?
Not on sipnik's side; they're included in every plan. The cash register provider's licence and service fees and platform commissions are paid by the business.
Is hardware included?
No. The POS computer, receipt printer and waiter phones or tablets belong to the business; we help you pick the right hardware.
I have several branches. How is that priced?
Every branch from the second one on gets 20% off. Example: a 3-branch business on Vega pays ₺10,374 + VAT a month; for more than 10 branches we prepare a custom quote.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
You start with setup and team training, then use sipnik free for 30 days. If you don't want to continue, you don't pay.
