What is sipnik Ofiste?

sipnik Ofiste is your business management panel at my.sipnik.com. Reports, products and menu, stock, POS management, orders, customers and campaigns, wallet and payments, team and branches, and the sipnik Engage inbox are all in one panel.

Do I need to install anything?

No. sipnik Ofiste runs in the browser: go to my.sipnik.com and sign in with your account. There’s no software to download and no server to set up; we handle the initial setup and team training.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Because the panel runs in the browser, you sign in with the same account from a computer, tablet or phone.

Can a branch lead see only their own branch?

Yes. In Team & permissions each person gets a role and branches; a branch lead sees only the branches and sections they’re allowed to, while a brand manager follows the whole chain on one screen.

Is my data safe?

You can add optional two-factor authentication (MFA) and an IP allowlist to panel sign-in, so only the people and addresses you approve get in. Role-based permissions mean everyone sees only what they need.

Is it connected to sipnik Kasa?

Yes. Every sale at the POS appears in the panel instantly; you change things like the menu, prices and receipt design in the panel and they reach your POS terminals. QR table orders and food platform orders show up in the same report, channel by channel.
