You sent it. Who read it?

Every send is saved in the panel's History section. See how many people it reached, how many phones received it and how many people opened it, on one screen.

  • Sent to phones: push to devices that allow notifications, split by iPhone and Android.
  • In the inbox: people without permission still see it in the app's notification inbox, so nobody misses it.
  • Opened: how many people opened their notification inbox; see which messages caught attention.
  • Audience on record: each send keeps a readable summary of who it went to.

FAQ

Common questions

Whose name does the notification come from?

Your brand's own app name and icon. Customers see it as coming from your brand; the Sipnik name doesn't appear.

What about customers who haven't allowed notifications?

They don't get a push on their phone, but the notification still lands in the app's notification inbox. You can target only people who allowed notifications; the panel shows how many phones it will reach before you send.

Can I combine rules?

Yes. Narrow with AND, as in "not seen for 30 days AND has wallet balance", or widen with OR. The head count is recalculated with every change.

Where do I see the results?

The History section in the panel shows, for every send, how many people were targeted, how many phones received it, how many inboxes it reached and how many people opened their inbox, with an iPhone and Android split.

Is there an extra fee?

No. Smart notifications are part of the panel for Sipnik brands.
