- Smart travel card
- On-board validators
- Contactless bank cards
- Passenger app

What's included?
Electronic fare collection
Smart travel card, NFC and QR payments on buses, minibuses, trams and metros. The operator sets lines, routes and fares; Android validators on board collect the fare.
Contactless bank cards
Passengers tap a Visa, Mastercard or Troy contactless bank card on the validator.
Card sales, top-up and renewal
Through your own service points, resellers, the mobile app, the website and kiosks. Personalised cards are printed in your own office.
Passenger app
Passengers see their card history and the nearest bus and stop, and top up or renew in the app.
Shared taxis and minibuses
Card and QR fare collection without joining the municipal system. The operator sets the fares and payments go straight to their account.
Transport questions
I'm a passenger with a card problem. Should I contact sipnik?
No. Card issuing, balances, fares, discounted cards, refunds and route information belong to the municipality, operator or cooperative running the vehicle. sipnik only provides the fare collection technology and cannot access passenger cards, balances or records.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Smart travel cards, NFC, QR and Visa, Mastercard and Troy contactless bank cards.
Can an independent minibus line use it?
Yes. The minibus system works without integrating into the municipal fare system; the operator sets fares, payments go to their own account and reports are in the web panel.
Can we print the cards ourselves?
Yes. You can print personalised cards in your own office.
