What is Sipnik?
Sipnik is the digital wallet, loyalty, order-ahead and social feed platform for coffee shops, patisseries and chocolatiers. At a Sip'li venue you pay with a QR at the till, collect rewards and order without queueing.
Which app should I download?
For now every Sip'li venue has its own app — for example BlendPass for Blend Lab. The Sipnik app, bringing all Sip'li venues into one wallet, is coming soon.
Does it cost anything?
No. The apps are free on the App Store and Google Play; you only pay for what you buy and for subscriptions.
Are my card details safe?
Top-ups go through your bank's 3D Secure page. If you choose to save your card, its details are stored by the bank, never by Sipnik.
Can my venue go Sip'li too?
Yes. Apply through our businesses page or use the calculator to see the impact on your venue. We handle set-up and store publishing together with you. (Business pages are in Turkish for now.)
