Which branches accept BlendPass?
All 3 Blend Lab branches in Adana: Uğur Mumcu, Gazipaşa and Türkmenbaşı. Your wallet balance, subscription and rewards work at every branch.
How does the coffee subscription work?
You pick a plan in the app and collect your daily allowance at the branches for 30 days. Plans cost 1,900 ₺ to 5,500 ₺ a month, each with 2 coffees a day.
How do I cancel the subscription?
The subscription is bought in the app and ends by itself when the period is over; renew it in the app if you want to continue.
How do rewards work?
For every 10 orders you place in the app you get a free gift; details are in the app.
Is BlendPass free?
Yes. It is free to download; you only pay for what you buy and for subscriptions.
Can I order on the website?
No. Orders, payments, the wallet and subscriptions are handled in the BlendPass app.
