Can I use sipnik Kasa as restaurant POS software?
Yes. Table plan, bills, moving and merging tables, kitchen tickets, split payment and delivery orders on one till.
What do waiters use to take orders?
An Android waiter tablet. Orders go straight to the table's bill and the kitchen.
Where do QR menu orders go?
To the table's bill on the till. They don't wait on a separate screen and also show on the waiter tablet.
Can customers spend their balance at all my branches?
Yes. A balance topped up at one branch can be spent at every branch of your brand. You can also set up separate wallets per franchise or city.
Do I have to replace my current POS software?
No. If you already have till software, it connects over the API; QR wallet payments and loyalty work on that till too.
