AI Connection Terms of Use
For businesses connecting the Sipnik panel to an AI assistant
These terms govern the Sipnik "AI connection" service, which lets you connect the Sipnik business panel to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant that supports the open MCP standard. By approving a connection or creating an access key, you accept these terms. Anything not covered here is governed by the service agreement between your business and Bink Teknoloji Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Sipnik").
1. The service
The AI connection lets your assistant read business data in the Sipnik panel (sales, orders, products, campaigns and similar) and, if you allow it, make certain changes with your approval. The assistant itself is a third-party service you choose, not part of Sipnik.
2. Who can use it
Only people with a Sipnik panel account and panel permissions on behalf of their business can use the service. A connection is limited to the connected person's panel permissions; data that can't be seen in the panel can't be reached through the connection either. If panel access is removed, the connection stops working.
3. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your panel password and any access keys you create confidential. Keys are shown once; don't share them, and disconnect a key from the panel if you lose it. If you think a connection or key has been used without your knowledge, disconnect it immediately and let us know.
4. Changes
Connections are read-only by default. Permission to make changes is granted separately; every change is presented as a preview first and applied only after you approve it. Changes you approve take effect on your business's behalf as if you had made them in the panel, and are recorded in the activity log. Money movements (refunds, wallet transactions, payments) cannot be made through this service.
5. AI answers
The assistant's answers are produced by the AI service you chose and may be wrong or incomplete. Sipnik sends the panel's own data to the assistant; it is not responsible for the assistant's interpretations, suggestions or decisions based on them. We recommend checking figures in the panel before important decisions.
6. Third-party services
Your use of the AI service you connect is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy. How data is sent to it is described in the privacy notice.
7. Usage limits
- Each connection can make up to 60 tool calls per minute and up to 30 changes per hour.
- Using the service to try to reach another business's data, bypass security measures, create excessive load or for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
- Sipnik may suspend a connection without notice if misuse is suspected.
8. Changes and termination
Sipnik may develop the service and these terms; we announce material changes in the panel or on this page. You can disconnect at any time, and connections close when your business's Sipnik service ends.
