Bu politika, Bink Teknoloji Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi'nin ("Bink") geliştirdiği sipnik Sosyal uygulamasının, işletmelerin Instagram, TikTok ve YouTube hesaplarını Sipnik işletme paneline (my.sipnik.com) bağladığında hangi verileri işlediğini açıklar. sipnik Sosyal, Meta'nın Instagram API'sini, TikTok for Developers API'lerini ve YouTube API Hizmetleri'ni kullanır ve yalnız işletmelerin kendi Instagram, TikTok ve YouTube hesapları içindir.

sipnik Sosyal YouTube API Hizmetleri'ni kullanır. Hukuki sebep

Veriler, KVKK m.5/2-(c) "bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması" ve m.5/2-(f) "veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati" hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak, işletmenin Sipnik hizmetini kullanabilmesi için işlenir.

Privacy Policy (English)

This policy explains what data sipnik Sosyal, developed by Bink Teknoloji Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Bink", "we"), processes when a business connects its Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account to the Sipnik business panel (my.sipnik.com). sipnik Sosyal uses Meta's Instagram API, the TikTok for Developers APIs and YouTube API Services, and is only for a business's own Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts.

YouTube API Services

sipnik Sosyal uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google processes data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

We request two scopes:

  • youtube.readonly: used only to read the connected channel's ID, title, URL and thumbnail (channels.list), so the panel can show which channel is connected. This data is refreshed from YouTube at least every 7 days.
  • youtube.upload: used only to upload a video that the business prepared in the panel to the business's own YouTube channel (videos.insert), on the business's instruction, with the title, description, tags and privacy status it chooses.

We do not read, analyse or display any other YouTube data (no comments, analytics, subscriber or viewer data, no videos of other channels), and we do not modify or delete existing videos.

sipnik Sosyal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide the features described here; it is not used for advertising, not sold, not transferred to third parties except as needed to provide these features or as required by law, and not read by humans unless the user consents (for example for support) or the law requires it.

Instagram and TikTok scopes

  • Instagram: instagram_business_basic (account ID, username, profile photo and posts), instagram_business_content_publish (publishing posts, Reels and stories the business prepared), instagram_business_manage_comments and instagram_business_manage_messages (reading comments and direct messages and replying with the business's approval).
  • TikTok: user.info.basic (account ID, display name and avatar), video.upload and video.publish (sending the business's video to its own TikTok account as a draft or publishing it directly).

Data we process

  • The connected account's ID, username or channel title, URL and profile picture
  • Access and refresh tokens issued by Instagram, TikTok or Google (YouTube), their expiry and the granted scopes
  • Content shared or scheduled from the panel (photos, videos, captions, scheduled time) and the post or video ID and link returned by the platform
  • If the inbox is enabled: the text, sender username and time of incoming Instagram comments and messages, and the AI-generated classification and suggested reply
  • The panel user who performed an action and when

We do not collect follower lists, build profiles or use this data for marketing.

Purposes

  • Publishing and scheduling the business's content on its own Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts
  • If the business chooses, showing its Instagram posts in the social feed of its own mobile app
  • Keeping the connection working (refreshing tokens before they expire) and reporting errors to the business

Sharing and hosting

  • Content is sent to Instagram (Meta Platforms), TikTok or YouTube (Google) only on the business's instruction.
  • To suggest replies, the text of an Instagram comment or message is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI), which does not use it for model training. No YouTube data is sent to AI providers.
  • Photos and videos are hosted on Sipnik's content delivery infrastructure (cdn.sipnik.com, Cloudflare) so the platforms can fetch them.
  • Other data is stored on our servers in Turkey and is not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Retention and deletion

  • Tokens and account or channel data are kept until the connection is removed in the panel or access is revoked on the platform. When a YouTube channel is disconnected in the panel, we revoke the token at Google and delete the stored tokens and channel data immediately; if we detect that access was revoked in the user's Google account, we delete them on the next attempt.
  • YouTube channel data is refreshed at least every 7 days and is never kept for more than 30 days without a refresh.
  • Posting records stay in the business's history until the business deletes them or the Sipnik service ends.
  • Content published on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube stays on that platform; deleting it there is up to the account owner.

Revoking access

You can disconnect a channel at any time in the panel (Social media page, YouTube channel card, remove button) or revoke sipnik Sosyal's access in your Google account at Google Account › Security › Third-party access. See also our data deletion instructions.

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Article 11) you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation. Send requests to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
